A postdoctoral position with a targeted start date of 3.15.18 is available in the Department of Microbiological Sciences at N. Dakota State University in Dr. Sheela Ramamoorthy’s lab. The project involves the characterization of the correlates of protection at the host pathogen interface and development of vaccines and diagnostics for swine viruses. Applicants with demonstrated expertise in virology, recombinant DNA, protein expression, reverse genetics systems and immunology will be preferred. Good oral communication, scientific writing skills and independent research abilities are expected.
